Annette Barbaccia

Annette Barbaccia, Commercial Sales Manager: Annette has over 25 years of experience in real estate, land use, development, planning and governmental relations and has been with Miloff Aubuchon Realty Group Inc. for over 10 years.   Relocating to Southwest Florida in 2003, Annette served as the Planning Director for the City of Cape Coral for three years before starting her own company, AMB Planning Consultants Inc in 2006, which is still actively supporting her real estate clients today.  She also began her commercial real estate career at that time, joining Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT   She has successfully represented property owners, investors and developers in real estate transactions and obtaining approvals of major development projects and increased development rights before elected boards in Florida. She is able to work with clients in realizing the best and highest use of a property, translating that into asset value and sales.    Other notable prior positions include:
