I was born and raised in Ft Lauderdale and have been in sales for most of life, with the last decade being dedicated to real estate investors, commercial clients, and those with needs in the luxury space.
Since 2015, I have specialized in representing buyers, landlords, and tenants across multiple commercial asset classes throughout South Florida. I began my career focusing on buyer representation for mixed-use commercial acquisitions, along with landlord and tenant representation for retail leasing. During this time, I developed strong expertise in site selection, lease negotiation, and value positioning for retail and mixed-use assets. Since 2019, I have expanded my focus to warehouse tenant representation, advising industrial users on logistics-driven site selection, space optimization, expansions, and strategic lease negotiations. I also represent office tenants, guiding companies through relocations, renewals, and restructures to ensure their real estate aligns with long-term operational and financial goals. A significant part of my practice includes assisting companies relocating to South Florida from other states and abroad. I provide market education, demographic and economic insights, and boots-on-the-ground guidance to help leadership teams confidently enter and establish themselves in a new market. With a strong statistical and analytical background, I translate market data into actionable strategies. I prioritize educating buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants on current conditions within their asset class so they can make informed, strategic decisions.
