I began my real estate career in February 2002 as a Loan Officer for a direct lender, gaining a deep understanding of financing and underwriting from the ground up. In September 2003, I obtained my Realtor® license and have been a full-time real estate professional ever since.

With over 20 years of hands-on experience, I am trained to handle virtually every type of real estate transaction. My expertise spans first-time homebuyers, down payment assistance programs, foreclosures, short sales, pre-construction, luxury homes, 1031 exchanges, foreign buyers, reverse mortgages, rentals, commercial leases and sales, land transactions, and broker price opinions (BPOs) for asset managers.

Having navigated multiple real estate cycles, I bring perspective, discipline, and strategic insight to every transaction. My role is not just to facilitate a purchase or sale, but to guide clients toward making smart, value-driven decisions—especially in today’s South Florida market, where exceptional opportunities still exist for those who know how to identify them.

In addition to serving clients, I am passionate about recruiting, mentoring, and coaching both new and experienced real estate professionals, helping them elevate their businesses and deepen their understanding of the industry.

I am fluent in English, Spanish, and French, with working knowledge of Russian, allowing me to effectively serve a diverse, international clientele.
