Michael E Gary

Michael is a long time Palm Beach County resident originally moving to North Palm Beach in 1979. Michael has a four-year degree in Finance and Real Estate from East Tennessee State University. He is currently a licensed agent with Keyes Company and an active Property Manager with Keyes Property Management. Michael was a principal with Crown Capital Advisers in Palm Beach as a mortgage broker with over 10 years residential financing experience. Prior, Michael was a Residential Asset Manager for Ocwen Financial Corp and managed active foreclosures and REO Properties throughout the United States.  Since 1999, Michael is also President of MLG Commerce Corporation which handles small business financing and credit card processing for local merchants. Michael's expertise is in residential real estate. He has closed hundreds of residential sales and residential leases in Florida, Texas, New York, and North Carolina.  He has originated hundreds of complex financing solutions including bankruptcy bailouts, subprime lending, bridge loans, bulk property tax deed sales, and account receivable factoring.  Currently he has hundreds of contacts of licensed and insured contractors to handle simple to complex handyman repairs and any new complete construction projects. He is an expert at placing new tenants, collection of rents, landlord/tenant laws, evictions, and Fair Housing and Fair Credit Reporting Acts. He is a reliable, honest, and trustworthy asset that will help facilitate sales, management and any difficult situation that an investor or homeowner may have.
